Taylor Swift has signed on to appear at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The event airs live on CBS on December 10 and will also feature a performance by Fall Out Boy. Arcade Fire have responded to fans after causing some controversy by requesting a dress code for their upcoming Reflektor tour dates. In an official post on the band's Facebook page the members told fans not to worry, the dress code is just a suggestion. "To everyone really upset about us asking people to dress up at our shows . . . please relax. It's super not mandatory."

Scotty McCreery has announced that his See You Tonight tour launches January 24 at Ashland, Kentucky's Paramount Arts Center. The trek currently just has eight dates scheduled, wrapping May 16-17 at Harris, Michigan's Island Resort Casino. McVie came on stage to perform "Don't Stop," and now says she hopes to rejoin the band full-time. John Allen Papelbon has been arrested in connection with the theft of Peter Frampton's luggage. The 52-year-old was busted by airport surveillance footage while pilfering the classic rocker's bags. Following his arrest, Papelbon agreed to a search of his home that resulted in the discovery of more stolen goods, including a bag tag with Frampton's name on it.

Bieber arrived in Manila on Tuesday, played a game of basketball and performed a short concert for children at an elementary school in Tacloban, one of the worst-affected areas by the storm.
