Peter Frampton Luggage Thief Arrested
John Allen Papelbon has been arrested in connection with the theft of Peter Frampton's luggage. The 52-year-old was busted by airport surveillance footage while pilfering the classic rocker's bags. Following his arrest, Papelbon agreed to a search of his home that resulted in the discovery of more stolen goods, including a bag tag with Frampton's name on it.
