The ceremony honored former president Bill Clinton, who received the Advocate for Change award. 3 Doors Down's Todd Harrell is facing vehicular homicide charges after an accident in the Nashville area on Friday. The bassist was driving on the Interstate 40 near the Nashville suburb of Hermitage when his car struck a pickup truck on the highway and then hit a retaining wall, stopping a quarter mile away from the original crash site.

Chrissy Amphlett, lead singer of Australia's alt-rockers Divinyls, has died at the age of 53. The Age, an Aussie site, reports that Amphlett passed in New York over the weekend following a struggle with cancer. "Christine Joy Amphlett succumbed to the effects of breast cancer and multiple sclerosis, diseases she vigorously fought with exceptional bravery . . ." said her husband.

Will.i.am will receive the Honorary Award at this year's CLIO Award Ceremony. The annual award show honors creative advertising in package design, print, radio and television and is scheduled for May 15 at New York City's Museum of Natural History. CLIO Awards executive director Nicole Purcell said Will has earned the award: "will.i.am has not only mastered music but . . ."

Levon Helm of the Band is the focus of a new documentary, Ain't in It for My Health, which combines archival footage with footage shot during the last few years of Helm's life. T.I. has released a new video for "Memories Back Then" featuring B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar and Kris Stephens. The clip, directed by Phillyflyboy, was filmed in and around Los Angeles. While Tip and Bobby enjoy the bright sun at the Santa Monica Pier, Lamar traverses the 6th Street Bridge downtown, before the trio meet up in the Hollywood Hills.

3 Doors Down have canceled their next four tour dates following the arrest of bass player Todd Harrell, who was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter after his vehicle clipped a pickup truck, sending it over an embankment and killed its driver. After failing a field sobriety test, Harrell admitted to police that he had been drinking and taking prescription painkillers.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Randy Travis have filmed a pilot called I'm Still the King, which the pair are shopping to networks. As Cyrus explained in an interview with Billboard, the show has an unusual premise: "I play a dysfunctional Elvis impersonator who becomes a preacher. Randy's the sheriff. It's a great story, and I think it will find a home pretty soon."

After getting his monkey, Mally, confiscated earlier this month by customs officials at an airport in Germany, Justin Bieber has abandoned the animal. Mally was quarantined after the Bieb brought her to the country without the proper paperwork. The Evening Standard reports that Bieber's management contacted the animal clinic where the monkey is being held.

Paul McCartney has added three Canadian dates to his upcoming North American Tour. The former Beatle will stop on July 7 at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, August 12 at Investors Group Field in Winnipeg and August 14 at Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field in Regina. It'll be McCartney's first time playing the cities of Ottawa and Regina.

Country music legend and pioneer George Jones has passed away at the age of 81. He died Friday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, his public relations firm said. He had been hospitalized since April 18 with fever and irregular blood pressure. Jones, nicknamed "The Possum," was the architect of some of country music's most timeless and endearing songs.

Former American Idol winner Scotty McCreery has revealed that he is almost done with work on his second album, the follow-up to his number one 2011 debut Clear As Day. Tim McGraw is once again in a legal battle with his former label Curb Records. The label has now filed a lawsuit against McGraw in a federal court alleging that both McGraw and his new label Big Machine Records have committed copyright infringement. McGraw left Curb last year after a protracted legal battle over his final release, Emotional Traffic, on that label.

The original shows took place in Tokyo, Japan on April 28 at 30 in 1978, while the memorial concerts went down on the same dates this year in New York City and Los Angeles. Taylor Swift stopped by Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles earlier this week where she met with the family of Lauren Murphy, a young lady who was struck in a hit-and-run in Hollywood last month. Murphy, who hails from St. Louis, had to have an emergency lobectomy to remove a portion of her brain and some of her skull to relieve pressure build-up in her head.

Mick Mars, Motley Crue guitarist, says he is "alright" after getting knocked over by a rambunctious fan at a show in Canada over the weekend. The fan rushed the stage during a performance of "Primal Scream" at Spectra Place in Estevan, Saskatchewan, in an attempt to get to frontman Vince Neil. Mars was run over in the process, and eventually the fan was subdued by security.

Bruce Springsteen has teamed up with the Dropkick Murphys on a new single to raise funds for the Boston Marathon bombing victims. The song, a re-recording of the Murphys' "Rose Tattoo," will be released via iTunes this week. "Bruce actually called us up the day of the bombing and asked what he could do to help," DM guitarist James Lynch told Springsteen fan site Backstreets.
