Justin Timberlake and will.i.am are currently being sued for copyright infringement over their 2006 song "Damn Girl." PK Music Performance claims the hit is a rip-off of another song written by a member of A Taste of Honey, according to the lawsuit. The music publisher has the rights to the original song titled "A New Day is Here at Last."
