Mariah Carey has gotten engaged to her billionaire boyfriend James Parker, just seven months after the pair were first spotted together on a vacation in Italy. "A close friend of Mr. Packer confirmed the couple were engaged and said they were over the moon that James has found such happiness with Mariah," an insider told CNN.
