Steven Tyler is currently raising funds for his Janie's Fund, providing support for young female victims of abuse and neglect, and recruited a number of celebrities including Carrie Underwood, Bono and Elton John, to help the cause. In a new video on Billboard, Tyler explained, "There really, really, really are ways out. And that's all."
