A U.S. district court judge quoted lyrics from Taylor Swift while tossing out a plagiarism lawsuit against the singer. R&B singer Jesse Graham recently filed a $42m lawsuit against Swift, arguing that her 2014 hit single "Shake It Off" ripped off one of his songs. In throwing the case out of court, judge Gail Standish quoted several Swift songs in her statement.
