Mariah Carey has settled a lawsuit filed by a former nanny who claimed that she, along with her then-hubby Nick Cannon, treated her like a slave and forced her to work more than 100 hours a week without overtime. The nanny, Simonette DaCosta, claimed in the suit, which was filed in January of this year, that Carey and Cannon forced her to rotate between working shifts.
