Rod Stewart has released "Finest Woman," the latest single from his upcoming album, Time. Rod's first album of new material in almost 20 years will be released on May 7. Stewart produced eleven of the album's twelve tracks, and three additional songs will be available with album pre-orders on iTunes, including the Stewart-penned "Legless."

Monroe is engaged to Chicago White Sox pitcher John Danks and is due to wed the ballplayer soon. Speaking on the red carpet of the ACM Awards, Monroe says she's got a name for her helpful bandmate/wedding planner: "Miranda's actually been helping me plan . . ."

The Memphis-born Timberlake-whose album The 20/20 Experience is currently holding the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts-took to the stage with guitarist Steve Cropper to perform Otis Redding's "(Sittin' On) the Dock of the Bay" as the First Family sang along.

Avril Lavigne is apparently a Radiohead fan. If nothing else, as her new track, "Here's to Never Growing Up," suggests, she likes to belt out the band's lyrics while listening to them. "Singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs, with the boombox blaring as we're falling in love," the Canadian pop darling croons on the track.

Muse has confirmed a new string of North American tour dates set to kick of in September. The run will start at the Time Warner Center in Charlotte, North Carolina on September 3 and will continue through September 19 when it wraps at EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. The band also made headlines by admitting that it owes part of its early success to Prince Charles.

Bruce Springsteen will be allowed to play late during his upcoming gig at London's Olympic Park. The Newham Council has voted to issue a license permitting music until 11 p.m. all summer at the Olympic Stadium, the Aquatics Centre, Chobham Manor, North East Lawn, South Event Lawn and South Park Plaza in London. The Wireless Festival and Hard Rock Calling will benefit from the extension.

Young is blogging about his adventures in the Lincvolt, a retrofitted gas-gulping 1959 Lincoln Continental convertible. Miranda Lambert is expanding her brand by adding a shoe line. She will be teaming with Rich Footwear next year to and will help design casual shoes, dress shoes and boots. "From country to rock 'n' roll, my goal is to style shoes that fit your inner outlaw," Lambert said in a release. "Being involved in the creative part and hands on development of my footwear brand is a dream come true."
