Garth Brooks will perform two shows at Baltimore's Royal Farms Arena on his current world tour. The dates, which also feature his wife and opener Trisha Yearwood, are scheduled for January 29 and 30. Brooks previously announced that he'd kick off his 2016 touring cycle in Florida. Brooks will stop at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida on January 15 and 16.

Weezer have released the music video for "Thank God for Girls," a single released ahead of the band's upcoming tenth studio album. The vid, directed by Scantron, sees the band's fronter Rivers Cuomo dressed up as an eccentric preacher. Cuomo's character preaches before his congregation, before gambling away their money.

Gary Glitter has lost the appeal of his conviction for child sex offenses. According to BBC News, the star's legal team argued that the media's coverage made a fair trial impossible. However, judges said that there was nothing "unsafe" about the conviction. Glitter was sentenced for attempted rape, four counts of indecent assault and one of having sex with a girl under 13.

Mariah Carey doesn't have enough good things to say about her boyfriend James Packer. "He's a great person," Carey told Access Hollywood of Packer, whom she started dating over the summer.
