The French Tennis Federation is paying technology company Bodyguard.ai to provide French Open players with software that uses artificial intelligence to block negative and hateful comments on social media in real time.
Use of the AI program is optional, but it's free for all of the 700 to 800 players in the tennis tournament, including singles, doubles, juniors and wheelchair competitors.

Meta on Tuesday introduced a new "all-in-one" AI translation model that it framed as a major step forward in the "quest to create a universal translator."
The model, dubbed SeamlessM4T, is able to handle multiple kinds of translations -- including text to speech, speech to text, speech to speech and text to text -- across nearly 100 languages. Unlike other language translators that use multiple models, SeamlessM4T is a single system, which Meta says "reduces errors and delays" and increases the "efficiency and quality of the translation process."

Apple just announced the iphone 16 and iphone 16 plus and I had the chance to try them out. One of the biggest differences that we're seeing on this year's new basic iphones are the addition of two new buttons. One is called camera control. You can use it to launch the camera and control the camera and it's a lot of fun to play around with. The second one will seem familiar to a lot of you who have followed the iphone in recent years and it's called the action button. It was previously exclusive to the pro and now it's also available on the models with the iphone 16 lineup.
