Looking at the underlying holdings of the ETFs in our coverage universe at ETF Channel, we have compared the trading price of each holding against the average analyst 12-month forward target price, and computed the weighted average implied analyst target price for the ETF itself. For the iShares North American Natural Resources ETF (AMEX: IGE), we found that the implied analyst target price for the ETF based upon its underlying holdings is $35.42 per unit.

(Kitco News) - Safe-haven gold prices are moderately lower in early U.S. trading Thursday. It's another 'risk-on' day in the world market place. Global stock markets were mostly higher overnight. Safe-haven assets have seen selling pressure this week, including gold, the U.S. dollar index and U.S. Treasuries. Silver prices are hovering near the 1.5-year high scored Wednesday. August Comex gold was last down $5.80 an ounce at $1,321.10. July Comex silver was last up $0.063 at $18.425 an ounce.

Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Las Vegas Sands Corp (NYSE: LVS), where a total of 18,723 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 1.9 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 47.7% of LVS's average daily trading volume over the past month of 3.9 million shares.
