It is possible to use DailyFX Economic Calendar indicator of news filter in an EA?
When you have a high news leave the EA out of work for 2 hours for example.

Yes, sure, it's possible to do the news filter because there is the NewsTrader EA which can work with the DailyFX and ForexFactory calendars.

You could put this type of filter in LabTrend.

how do you install it on mt4? its not a mq4 file?

Open MT4, File - Open Data Folder - MQL4 - Indicator - and place ex4 file to this /indicators folder.
Restart MT4.
