It's already coded in our Premium forum(see AllKindsOfRSI indicator) and also you can use AllRSI indicator from the Public forum..

I need help, I paid for the premium account but it has never let me go there. I am trying to get an updated all averages mql code from igorad that includes geometric mean and all the missing indicators that were in the 4.6 version but not the 8 / 9 versions ive found.

I checked all the records and I did not found any payment for premium sorry: no any payment, no any error ... nothing.
I think - it is related to paypal limitation: people from some countries (incl business paypal accounts from the US) can not pay by paypal to us.

You can use ePayments instead of paypal - look at this post Premium section announcement, besides - some people prefer to use ML5 Freelance service because MQL5 Freelance is having much less limitation.
