Updated StepMA

Hi,

Please take a look at the updated MTF StepMA indicator which now includes both new and old version. Plus there is an advanced sound/email alerts.

Just want to inform they are both old enough and first I should to update the StepMA_3D indicator on which they are based.
So please check out the updated StepMA_3D indicator with both old and new algorithms.

Sorry for my late reply, I have been busy with some personal stuff.

I don't understand your question, because the idea of smoothing I think more rounded averages when is exact the opposite.
Here is an example what I'm trying to say using a lsma for example.

Hi tony_yiqi,

It can happen because the StepMA finds the largest/lowest HiLo range on all chart history to calculate the step sizes. To avoid this issue I suggest to use it with the constant step sizes.

Otherwise it is changed in order to reflect the nearest value based on the required steps.

Not sure why I am not able to see indicatore in M1 & M5, rest other TF i can see. I saw some Kaufman3 error in message...not sure is that related to this?
