If you installed everything in right way so - attach HWAFM_instrument EA to the chart (change the chart to 'black-and-white' before attaching EA : right mouse click on the chart - properties - scheme) and wait ... (make sure you allow live trading).

I was reading the author's website (see first post of this thread for the link) and one user stated on his/author's forum that this HWAFM is loaded for the long time for searching patterns, and the charts with patterns are not updated during a day. So, will wait untill the author replies or fix it.
Just for information.
You have to use build 778 or lower new update doesnt work.
It is not possible because MT5 will update automatically with whatever MT5 version you installed. Unless there are any way to disable it.Quote:

I have test it out today, yes the tool is working, HWAFM can show the harmonic patterns but when i change timeframe or changing harmonic patterns display using the subwindow panel takes long time, sometimes it hang. :)

The tool takes awhile, i think about 10 minutes to update the pattern, for example on usdchf, previously i am looking at 15min chart with bullish ABC ret 1.371. When switch to H4 chart, the ABC retracement pattern still display on H4 chart and after 10 minutes it switch to H4 Bullish ABC retracement.

As we can see from the chart, at the top left corner it shows "Processing" which should not be hanging there. This tool is using tick data to update the pattern.
Yes, same for me: it works fine during the weekend (when market is close), and it works with difficulties when market is open. So, wait for the Sunday for example :)
