As I understand - we are openning the trade on price crossing first BB (on close bar), and closing the trading on the price crossing the second BB (on close bar too).
We can use the following indicator instead of standard BB (I mean - one AllBollingerBands_v2.0 600+ indicator with period 21 instead of 2 standard BB):
