Download is the simple - right mouse click on attachment, select 'Save as..' and download. But please note - some links are related to the premium section only sorry.

Just some explanation about StopLoss:

StopLoss = 10; // StopLoss in pips: from Order Open Price(StopLossMode=1) and distance from Up/Dn stop for StopLossMode=2

It means that stop loss will be the dot of PriceChannel indicator - or + 10 pips, and we can see it in our example here:

I think - you were trying to access the premium section page.

Because -
- if you see the attachment and can not download it - this may be a bug;
- if you do not see the attachment and trying to open some page with attachment and can not - you are trying to access the premium section page (this is not a bug). You can access it in case you are the premium section user for example.
