Here is the explanation,
1M+5M or 5M+15M all at the same time. Lower frame for orders, higher frame for confirmation
TMA within the cloud - WAIT
TMA LowerBand above cloud - BUY
TMA UpperBand...

Ichimoku cloud and TMA is the best method :)
Ichimoku has default settings.
TMA's HalfLength is 20, all other settings are default.
