How to enter for GMT time: 5:30 etc? And -6 etc? NOT working.

Try to open the input settings by short cut keys Ctrl + I > Double click the News indicator and then click OK. It seems to reset it. Works for me anyway.

Can you please make it default for the 1st box to be checked?
