After reaching an alimony agreement with his ex-wife, Amber, Neal Schon is now bringing a lawsuit against her mother, Judy Kozan, whom Schon has accused of defamation. Bobbie Smith, the original lead singer of the Spinners, has passed away at the age of 76, following complications from pneumonia related to a lung cancer diagnosis he was given in November.
