Justin Moore Releases 'Somebody Else Will' As Next Single

Justin Moore has released another single, "Somebody Else Will." The track is taken from latest album, Kinda Don't Care. The new release is the second single from the album, following "You Look Like I need A Drink," which came out just under a year ago. Kelly Archer, Adam Hambrick and Tebey Ottoh wrote "Somebody Else Will" for Moore.
Moore has been touring with Brantley Gilbert in recent months. In early 2017 he will go out with Lee Brice for the American Made Tour.

Stevie Nicks And The Pretenders Kick Off Joint Tour

Fresh off a massive world tour with Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks kicked off her joint tour with The Pretenders on October 25 at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. Nicks is promoting 24 Karat Gold - Songs From The Vault, her eighth solo album, which was released in September 2014.
The joint tour includes around 28 concerts across the country, with a few stops in Canada. The tour will wrap up on December 18 at The Forum in Los Angeles.

Arcade Fire Debut New Songs At Secret Show

Arcade Fire reportedly played some new songs during a small venue show at the Secondline Stages on October 29. However, the small audience of 175 people was forced to relinquish their cell phones at the door, so there is likely no footage of the new material. Arcade Fire played 14 songs during their set.
Arcade Fire is continuing to work on a new album. However, no release date has been set and the album currently remains untitled. Once completed, it will be their fifth studio album. Their previous album was Reflektor, which was released in October 2013.

Country star Travis Tritt announced that he will release his new two-disc live album and DVD, A Man and His Guitar - Live From The Franklin Theatre, on November 18. Fans can pre-order the new album now on his official website. The album features 24 songs that were recorded during an unplugged solo concert at the Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tennessee.
Tritt is currently on tour in the U.S. and has a number of upcoming shows in Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi in November.

Willie Nelson Honors Chicago Cubs In Nike Commercial

Country legend Willie Nelson lent his voice to a Nike commercial honoring the Chicago Cubs World Series Championship. The commercial aired right after the Cubs stunning win against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday night. The Cubs were on a 108-year championship drought. Their last World Series win was in 1908. In a nail biting game that stretched into an extra tenth inning, the Cubs pulled off what many had deemed a long-overdue victory.
The commercial uses the song, "Funny How Time Slips Away." The song was originally penned by Billy Walker in 1961.

Def Leppard will release a new DVD-Blu-ray/two-CD set, And There Will Be a Next Time - Live From Detroit, which documents the release of their 2015 self-titled album. And There Will Be a Next Time was filmed July 15, 2016 during their stop at the DTE Energy Music Center. "I had this idea that we should film one of the shows from the 2016 tour . . ."
And There Will Be a Next Time will be released on February 10, 2017.

A Lansing, Michigan Dollar General cashier, Lucas Holiday may be ready for an alternate career. At his job, Holiday serenades his customers as he cashes them out. One customer filmed the budding performer and posted it on Youtube. Now Maxwell has invited Holiday to gig with him. Nakia Robinson is the customer responsible for launching Holiday's newfound success.
"You sound unbelievable. I wanted to personally invite you onstage at my Detroit show this Friday . . . Congratulations! You have a sick amazing voice."

Green Day Urge Fans To Stop Using Their Phones At Their Shows

Green Day recently urged their fans to stop using their phones at their concerts. The plea was made during a recent Q&A event in London where frontman Billy Joe Armstrong spoke about a wide range of topics.
The Daily Star reports Armstrong stated, "at our shows I see lot of people holding up cell phones. You can look at a screen at home; you can look at your computer or your phone anywhere."

George Strait Extends Las Vegas Residency Into 2017

George Strait has added several more dates to his Las Vegas showcase. Billed as "2 Nights of Number 1s," Strait will be holding a series of two-night stints in Vegas throughout 2017 where he will showcase his 60 number one hits. The new Las Vegas dates are set for April 7 and 8, July 28 and 29, September 1 and 2, and December 8 and 9, 2017.

Slipknot's Shawn 'Clown' Crahan Speaks On Directorial Debut

Slipknot percussionist Shawn 'Clown' Crahan recently discussed his directorial debut with Rolling Stone. Crahan directed the film adaptation of the graphic novel Officer Downe. The story follows a policeman who is resurrected from the dead and does battle with anthropomorphic monsters. Crahan wanted to stay true to the source material.
The film stars Sons of Anarchy's Kim Coates in the lead role.
