		Blake Shelton Performs Last Show Of The Year At WE Fest 2015
	
	
		
Blake Shelton closed out WE Fest 2015 on Saturday night, playing his last concert of the year.  Speaking from the stage, Shelton joked, "I'm too old for this s**t . . . but because it's my last concert of the year, no rules."  He also commented on the sea of drunken people who comprised his audience.  "I have been here before, and I don't think I've seen this many people."

Aretha Franklin, Janis Joplin and Arcade Fire are all subjects of films set to show at the Toronto Film Festival, which begins on September 10 and runs for 11 days.  Franklin's film, Amazing Grace, was shot in 1972 by Sydney Pollack to document her live double album of the same name at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles.

		Kurt Cobain Solo Album Given November Release Date
	
	
		
The soundtrack for the Kurt Cobain biopic Montage of Heck, which is being billed as a new Cobain solo album, will be released on November 6, to coincide with the DVD release of the film.  According to Billboard, director Brett Morgen sifted through the extensive Cobain archives for home recordings and rare tracks.

Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach has released a new music video for "Put A Flower In Your Pocket," from his new band The Arcs.  Directed by El Oms, the animated video features a love triangle between a boxer, a gangster, and the gangster's girlfriend.  In The Arcs, Auerbach teams with Truth and Soul Records founder Leon Michels.

Roger Waters has revealed that he doesn't actually listen to much music anymore.  During a recent radio interview he explained that he still believes in the great songwriters from his era, but has little interest in rock and roll beyond that.  "There are certain groups whose names you can just pluck out of the air, and songwriters."

Shot by Vogue's Mario Testino, the demure cover shot shows  Beyonce in a body-hugging lavender lace dress embellished with floral  appliqués.  She swings a sparkly purple blazer over one shoulder and  rests her hand on another chair, while sporting a tousled wet hairstyle.   "Just B," Vogue's cover line reads. 		Elton John Going After French Media For Health Rumors
	
	
		
Elton John and his husband, David Furnish, are set to file suit against news outlets in France for spreading what he calls "unfounded" rumors about their health. According to the U.K.'s Guardian newspaper, the rock legend's lawyer has said that he is moving forward against three French media companies for reports they published about the couple.

Tim McGraw was joined by his wife Faith Hill and daughter Gracie on stage during his weekend concert.  Gracie joined her dad on "Here Tonight," a collab McGraw hinted would feature on his upcoming album, according to Taste of Country.  Meanwhile, Hill and McGraw teamed up for their 1997 hit "It's Your Love," getting a standing ovation from the audience.
