RBA Keeps Record Low Rate On Hold
Policymakers of the Reserve Bank of Australia judged it appropriate to maintain the key interest rate at a record low for the third straight meeting. The policy board governed by Glenn Stevens decided on Tuesday to leave the cash rate at 2.00 percent. The bank had lowered the rates by 25 basis points each in February and May.
